Rajiv Upadhyay

Rajiv Upadhyay is the President of Saint Gobain Construction Chemicals for the APAC and India Region, as well as the Managing Director, a position held since December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at CHRYSO India from September 2018 to December 2022, and holding senior roles such as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at HIL Limited, Chief Operating Officer at Jindal Stainless Products and Solutions, and Vice President at Tata BlueScope Building Solutions. Rajiv is recognized for significant business turnarounds and achieving sustainable profitability, alongside awards for service excellence and project of the year in the PEB sector. Educational credentials include an engineering degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and an Executive Diploma in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
