Jared Stepka

Jared Stepka, MBA, currently serves as a Urology Sales Specialist at Olympus Corporation and as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Saint Ignatius High School. Previously, Jared held positions as a Medical Sales Representative at IQVIA, where a top 15% national ranking was achieved in an incentive compensation plan, and as an Associate Client Success Manager at CHAMPtitles. Additional experience includes roles in sales and property management at Milestone Athletic Club and Polaris Property Group, respectively. Jared began a professional career with a Finance Internship at Hyland, followed by roles as a Financial Administrative Assistant and Classroom Learning Assistant during time at Cleveland State University. Academic qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, both obtained from Cleveland State University, alongside earlier education at Ohio University and St. Ignatius High School.
