John Gill

John Gill serves as the Executive Director at Saint Ignatius High School since August 2011, leading the vision, mission, and operations of the Arrupe Neighborhood Partnership and overseeing the Christian Action Team. Prior to this role, John worked as a Volunteer and Program Coordinator at the same institution, where responsibilities included planning and implementing after-school programs and recruiting volunteers for summer initiatives. John’s background in education includes serving as a Teacher of Special Education for the NYC Department of Education and contributing to the Young Alumni Volunteer Program at Saint Ignatius High School. John holds various educational credentials, including a Master's in Special Education from The City College of New York and a Bachelor's in History from Fordham University, alongside additional training in leadership and diversity studies.
