Dr Rodingher graduated as a doctor of medicine in 1991 from the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest Romania.
He practiced for a few months within a Military Unit Clinic of the Defence Ministry where he oversaw inventory management and provided emergency care and medical consultations to military personnel.
