Cynthia Thorn has a diverse work experience in the aviation and paper industry. Cynthia worked at Saint John Airport Inc. from 2014 to present as the Director of Operations, where they effectively managed the day-to-day operations of the company, supervised staff, and implemented policies to ensure profitability. Prior to that, they worked at Irving Pulp and Paper from 1997 to 2014 as a Chemical Technologist, gaining expertise in the field. Cynthia also held roles at Saint John Airport Inc. as the Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems Specialist, demonstrating their strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality control.

Cynthia Thorn obtained their education from various institutions. Cynthia attended the University of New Brunswick from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Science. Following this, they enrolled at NBCC (New Brunswick Community College) from 1993 to 1996, specializing in Chemical Technology with a focus on Chemistry.
