Melissa McClory

Melissa McClory has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Starting in 2000, they served as a Communications Intern at Friends' Central School. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Claims Case Manager II at Liberty Mutual Insurance. In 2004, they became a Graduate Assistant at the Career Services Center of the University of Delaware. Moving forward, Melissa held various positions at Philadelphia University, Saint Joseph's University, and Training and Development. Melissa'sroles included Graduate Intern, Career Counselor, Assistant Director, Associate Director, Interim Manager, Director for Administrative Operations, and Director for Faculty Affairs. Melissa'smost recent position was as a Training and Development Professional in Private Practice. Melissa's experience is primarily in career development, administration, and research workflow management.

Melissa McClory completed their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Counseling in Higher Education at the University of Delaware from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English with a minor in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University, where they also completed the Management Training Program in 2008. In 2009, Melissa obtained their Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certification from the American Management Association. Melissa further expanded their certifications by completing the Global Career Development Facilitator program through the Center for Credentialing & Education in 2013. In 2015, they participated in the Ignatian Leadership Program at Saint Joseph's University.
