Ivory Snow has over 20 years of experience in various HR-related roles. Most recently, Ivory served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Saint Leonard's Ministries since August 2021. Prior to that, Ivory was the Human Resources Director at St. Leonard's Ministries, where they served from July 2019 to August 2021. Before joining St. Leonard's Ministries, Ivory held the position of CEO/President at Hand over Heart Consulting since June 2018. Ivory also has experience as an HR Business Operations Director at Silverado from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as a Human Resources Director at Comfort Hospice and Palliative Care from November 2015 to November 2017. Before transitioning into HR, Ivory worked as a Sr. Payroll Administrator at New World Van Lines from July 2008 to November 2015, and as a Human Resource Manager/Payroll at Costco Wholesale from July 1998 to June 2008. Ivory holds an MSHRM degree and is SHRM-CP certified.

Ivory Snow has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Argosy University. They also hold a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution.

In addition to their degrees, Ivory Snow has obtained certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). They are a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and obtained this certification in February 2021. Ivory Snow also obtained a separate SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in the same month and year.
