Benjamin Rahming

Chess Instructor at Saint Louis Chess Club

Benjamin Rahming is an experienced educator with a strong background in chess instruction and robotics education. Since September 2019, Benjamin has served as a Chess Instructor at the Saint Louis Chess Club, teaching fundamental game mechanics to beginning students and advanced tactics to intermediate learners, while also assisting in organizing tournaments. Concurrently, since June 2016, Benjamin has been a Robotics Instructor at Computer Village, co-teaching computer skills and creating lesson plans for various age groups. Prior to these roles, Benjamin was an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Washington University in St. Louis, where contributions to academic publications and research on differential equations were made. Additional experience includes a cooperative education position in process engineering at Toyota Motor Corporation. Benjamin holds a degree from Washington University in St. Louis, completed in 2013.
