Hester Owens

Hester Owens is a retired Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. From July 2008 to the present, Hester has served as a Career Specialist at St. Louis Community College. Prior to that role, Hester was the Human Resources Manager at Vanseal from 2003 to 2008 and worked as a Sr. Benefits Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield from 1990 to 2003. Hester began a career in human resources as a Benefits Administrator at Citicorp, where employment lasted from 1985 to 1990. Hester holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
