Ughau Debreu is an experienced agricultural engineer specializing in sustainability, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability at Saint Louis Sucre since September 2019. In this role, Ughau leads the agricultural sustainability strategy in collaboration with Südzucker, aiming to meet the objectives of the group's Get the Power of Plants 2026 policy. Ughau has also contributed to innovative agronomic solutions as part of the European Mont Blanc program in Picardie. Previous roles include plant experimentation at EPHYDIA, technical assistance for field trials at Bayer Crop Science, and agricultural work at La Ferme des Tilleuls. Ughau holds a Master's degree in agricultural engineering from UniLaSalle and has completed various degrees in agronomy and biological engineering.
