David Lite, SPHR has over 30 years of work experience in human resources. David is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, Post-Acute Care Services at Saint Luke's Health System since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Saint Luke's Bishop Spencer Place from January 2009. David also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Saint Luke's College of Health Sciences from February 2018 to May 2020. Before their time at Saint Luke's, David owned their own human resources consulting business called Lite HR Solutions, LLC from October 2008 to January 2009. David also served as the Director of Human Resources at Favorite Healthcare Staffing from October 1994 to April 2008. David began their career in human resources as an HR Professional at the State of Kansas from 1992 to 1994. David started their professional journey as a Management Development Intern at PepsiCo from July 1991 to May 1992.
David Lite, SPHR holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. David has additional certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM, obtained in July 2015, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI, obtained in July 2008.
