Dr. Jackson Drumgoole

Dr. Jackson Drumgoole serves as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Wellstar Health System, where strategies and programs are developed for over 5,700 employees. Drumgoole is the Founder and CEO of Drumgoole Family Initiatives, dedicated to supporting young adults aging out of the Foster Care System. Additionally, Drumgoole is an Associate Business Professor at Park University and a Senior Lecturer at Saint Martin's University, focusing on Business, Leadership, and Human Resources. Prior experience includes roles as an Organizational Development Consultant for U.S. Army Cyber Command and various positions within the U.S. Army, including Force Structure Analyst and Change Management Consultant. Drumgoole holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Webster University.
