Gina Mazlina

Gina is a human resources business partner providing a full range of HR services to management and employees in the School of Humanities and Sciences. Those services include staffing and employment, compensation and classification, performance management, salary setting, employee relations, workers' compensation, disability and leave management, training and development, organizational development, and HR administration.

Prior to joining H&S, Gina worked in HR across a variety of industries. Most recently, Gina was an HR Business Partner supporting go-to-market teams in the tech space. Prior to that, she worked at Columbia University providing generalist HR support to the central finance team. During her personal time, Gina enjoys traveling, hiking, playing board games, and spending time with her family and friends.
