eff Broome, Ed.D. has nearly 20 year of experience in education in three different districts. For the last 14 years, he has served as a school leader as a Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Most recently he has served as the Principal of Tumwater High School. He enjoys supporting leaders in developing equity-centered practices that will lead to dynamic student outcomes. His goal is to equip his students with the knowledge and skills necessary to be dynamic Principal leaders.
