Wendy Chinn Peter

Wendy Peter is the Associate Director of Advancement Services at Saint Mary's College of California. Wendy has over five years of experience working in advancement and alumni relations.

Wendy started their career at Redwood Day School, where they were the Associate Director of Advancement and Alumni Relations. In this role, Wendy was responsible for maintaining the RENXT database, processing and acknowledgement gifts, and producing reports. Wendy also managed the logistics of the school's two largest events, the Here We Grow Capital Campaign and the Parents and Guardian Association.

As a member of the Marketing and Communications Team, Wendy was responsible for implementing direct mail, email solicitations, and videos to steward and cultivate new and current donors. Wendy also worked closely with the EBISA and ABADO groups to establish and build relationships with alumni and alumni families.

Wendy Peter has completed an undergraduate degree in business administration and management from Saint Mary's College of California. Wendy has also completed extensive coursework towards a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, with a focus on business information systems. In addition, they hold a certificate in business and corporate use of computers from The New School, and has graduated with honors from the California Culinary Academy in culinary arts/chef training. Wendy also has a certificate in hotel and restaurant management from Diablo Valley College. Wendy is certified by Coursera in Google Data Analytics and SQL for Data Science.
