Suzanne Narbona

Academic Chair & Instructor of World Languages at SAINT MARYS SCHOOL

Suzanne Narbona joined the faculty at Saint Mary’s in 2010 from Cádiz, Spain after 13 years teaching English as a Second Language there. A native of South Carolina, Ms. Narbona was awarded a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholarship in 1997 for Ph.D. study at the Universidad de Sevilla upon completion of her master’s in Spanish from the University of South Carolina.

Ms. Narbona is fascinated by Spain’s diverse history and the passion of its people. She thrives on helping students see the real-world applications of learning a language and gain new perspective and appreciation for Spanish culture.
