Khushi Patel

Khushi Patel is currently serving as an Emergency Department Medical Scribe at Clara Maass Medical Center and has held a position as a Research Assistant at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School since October 2023. At Rutgers University–New Brunswick, Khushi has been a Student Academic Mentor since August 2021, providing academic support and tutoring to first-generation and low-income students. In addition, Khushi is involved as a Campus Leader for Notion, fostering student engagement with the platform, and serves as the Ambassador Coordinator for Project Stree, enhancing awareness through university networks. Other notable experiences include roles as a Food Pantry Intern at Nutley Family Service Bureau, Physician Shadowing at Saint Michael's Medical Center, and a Clinical Care Technician at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, enhancing patient care in a critical care setting. Khushi holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Health Care Administration from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and is dedicated to community service, particularly in supporting historical underrepresentation and health advocacy.
