Barbara Lavell

Barbara Lavell has a diverse work experience. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Saint Paul's Outreach as the Minnesota Branch & Formation Program Administrator and the National Household Recruiting Director. Barbara was responsible for administrating the Formation Program and Minnesota Branch, managing staff and students, and handling budgeting and national recruiting. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Women's Supervisor & Recruiting Director, leading and training all female Mission Leader Staff, developing leadership programs, and running national recruiting efforts. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they worked as the Senior Women's Leader, Recruiting and Intern Director, where they mentored students, supervised interns, and ran a formative house for students. Before joining Saint Paul's Outreach, they were a Manager Recruiting at Siemens Management Consulting from 2006 to 2007, where they developed a Personnel Marketing Campaign and conducted full-time recruiting. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Bain & Company from 2005 to 2006.

Barbara Lavell attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1999 to 2005, where they received a Master's degree in Wirtschaftspädagogik, specializing in Teaching & Training Economics and Business Administration.
