Philippe Bertrand

Philippe Bertrand has extensive experience in information technology and operations management, currently serving as DSI Adjoint - Responsable Pôle Opérations at Communauté d'agglomération de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines since April 1998. Prior to this role, Philippe Bertrand held the position of Officier at AA from December 1986 to April 2021 and was Responsable Technique / Chef de Projet at G2i from January 1987 to April 1998. Philippe Bertrand holds a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Biology from Lycée Danton and studied at Paris XIII from 1983 to 1985.
