Adrian Aldrich currently serves as the Vice President for University Advancement at Saint Xavier University since January 2025. Previously, from July 2013 to November 2024, Adrian held multiple positions, including Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Assistant Vice President for Institutional Advancement at North Central College, where responsibilities included managing relationships with alumni and overseeing the $150 million Brilliant Future Campaign. Earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Director of Development and Alumni Affairs at North Central College, leading development and alumni relations efforts, and as the Assistant Director of Residence Life at Aurora University. Adrian began a career in higher education as a Graduate Assistant at Grand Valley State University. Adrian holds an M.Ed. in College Student Affairs Leadership from Grand Valley State University and a B.A. in Psychology and Conflict Resolution from North Central College.
