Liana Falasca

Liana Falasca is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people recruitment and development. Since March 2012, Liana has held multiple key roles at Saipem, including People Recruitment Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Corporate Learning and People Development Manager. Prior to Saipem, Liana worked at Bulgari Hotels & Resorts from December 2007 to February 2012, fulfilling roles such as HR Coordinator and Recruitment Specialist. Earlier experience includes a trainee position at Associazione Laboratorio e-20. Liana holds an Economics for Arts, Culture and Communication degree from Università Bocconi and studied at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
