Marco Stampa

Marco Stampa is an experienced professional in sustainability governance and strategy, currently serving as the Sustainability Governance Manager and Senior Advisor for Sustainability Strategy at Saipem since July 2008. Reporting to the Director of Sustainability and the Sustainability Top Management Committee, Marco focuses on integrating sustainability into company policies and business strategies, aiming to enhance competitive advantage and stakeholder value. Previously, as Corporate Sustainability Manager at Saipem, Marco developed a skilled team to produce high-quality sustainability reports compliant with EU regulations and international standards. Prior experience includes serving as Stakeholder Engagement Manager at Eni SpA from 2002 to 2008, where Marco managed stakeholder engagement processes at both corporate and international levels. Marco holds a degree in Political Sciences with a specialization in Economics and Policy from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and a Master's in Environmental Policy and Law from CEIDA.
