Joice Cristina Laureano

Joice Cristina Laureano has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and web development. Joice Cristina started their career as an IT support analyst, gaining experience in computer maintenance, server configuration, and network infrastructure. After that, they worked as a technical support analyst at Net Solutions Informática and Ativa Software, providing assistance to clients and implementing software solutions. In 2015, Laureano joined Celula Web as a web developer, where they managed infrastructure and customer support.

From 2017 to 2022, Laureano worked at TrackerUp as a product manager, overseeing the development and execution of two products. One of these products focused on monitoring and managing remote teams and was successful in expanding into the Latin American market. The other product was a digital work order system for technical assistance companies. Joice Cristina was involved in the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery. Laureano also worked as a web developer during their time at TrackerUp, specializing in front-end development and utilizing technologies such as Vue.js, Laravel, and JavaScript.

In 2022, Laureano joined AoCubo as a product manager, before transitioning to a similar role at minu.co. Their responsibilities included product development and management, utilizing their expertise in Agile methodologies and SaaS.

Currently, Joice Cristina Laureano is working as a product manager at Saipos | Sistema para Restaurante, where they are responsible for product management.

From 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Pós-Graduação (postgraduate) degree in Uso Educacional da Internet (Educational Use of the Internet) at Universidade Federal de Lavras.

In 2016 and 2017, Joice earned a Pós-Graduação degree in Engenharia de Software (Software Engineering) from Estácio.

Their undergraduate studies took place between 2011 and 2014 at UNIFOR-MG, where they obtained a Bacharelado (Bachelor's degree) in Ciência da Computação (Computer Science).
