Lup Soon Soo

Lup Soon Soo is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law, venture capital, and compliance. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Saison Capital since July 2023, Lup has previously held significant roles at Finastra as Lead Legal Counsel and Commercial Manager, focusing on the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, experience includes positions as Advisor at Protégé Ventures, Corporate Counsel at Wavemaker Partners, and Senior Associate at Central Chambers Law Corporation, where expertise encompassed contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, fundraising efforts, and mergers and acquisitions. A graduate of the NUS Faculty of Law with a Bachelor of Laws, Lup possesses a diverse skill set tailored to the legal needs of financial institutions, start-ups, and investment firms.
