Richard Davidson has a long history of work experience. Richard began their career in 1995 as a Retail Store Manager for MFI, where they were responsible for organizing store operations, allocating responsibilities to personnel, and monitoring stock levels. Richard then moved on to become a Retail Sales Manager for the same company, where they managed a team of 15 Sales Consultants and designed and implemented strategic business plans. In 2010, they transitioned to Anglia Ruskin University as a Lecturer, teaching 3D Modelling and Animation, and providing one-on-one coaching and assessments. In 2009, they joined Inskin Media as Group Technology Director, leading teams across development, business support, and project management, and determining the need for proprietary technologies or 3rd party strategic partnerships. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Customer Success Manager for Sajari.

Richard Davidson attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2006 to 2009, graduating with a Bsc (Hons) in Multimedia. Prior to this, they attended Chelmsford College from 1993 to 1995, where they received a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies.
