Hamid Andalib is an experienced human resources professional specializing in Total Rewards and Payroll management. Currently serving as the Director of People & Total Rewards at Saje Natural Wellness since June 2021, Hamid oversees HR policies related to employee benefits, compensation, performance management, and talent development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective People initiatives. Prior to Saje, Hamid worked at Ritual.co as a Senior Payroll and Benefits Specialist, managing payroll across multiple countries and leading total rewards initiatives. Hamid's earlier roles include Payroll Specialist positions at Synaptive Medical and Herjavec Group, where responsibilities included international payroll processing and system implementations. Hamid's career in accounting began at the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation as an Accounting Coordinator, supported by a Diploma in Accounting & Payroll from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Payame Noor University.
