Wignyo Suwanda

Wignyo Suwanda is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HRGA Site Supervisor and HRBP at Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited since January 2014, where responsibilities include managing HR business partnerships, serving as the focal point for industrial relations and employee relations, and overseeing facilities management. Previously, Wignyo held the position of HRBP Team Lead, focusing on delivering HR initiatives and providing coaching to managers and employees. Prior roles include Senior HR Analyst and HR Analyst at Hess Corporation, as well as Compensation & Benefit Supervisor and GA & Administration at Lafarge. Wignyo holds a Certified Professional Human Resources (CPHR) certification from Quantum Quality International and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya.
