Melania MacKo

Melania Macko has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Melania most recently served as the Director of Product Sourcing & Manufacturing at Sakara Life. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Consultant at dalci and as the Director of Operations at Food Innovations Group. Melania also held leadership positions as the Head of Operations at Soozy's Grain-Free and Brooklyn Equipment. Earlier in their career, Melania worked as the Director of Operations at Siddhi Shot Corp. and as the Operations Manager at Sweet Loren's, where they oversaw the full supply chain, managed vendor relationships, and implemented cost-saving strategies. Melania also has experience in tourism, having served as the Director of Operations & Tour Development at Sidewalks of NY - NYC Walking Tours. Melania began their career in executive recruiting at JBK Associates, Inc., where they played a key role in business development and launched the company's social media presence.

Melania Macko attended Bryn Mawr College from 2005 to 2009 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Spanish. In 2007 to 2008, they also studied Filologia Hispanica at Universitat de Barcelona.
