Director Top Client Experience at Sakara Life

Sarah Boschung has a diverse work experience that includes roles in client experience and community engagement. Sarah worked at Sakara Life from 2015 to 2023, where they served as the Director of Top Client Experience and Director of Customer Experience. In these roles, they developed and executed strategies to retain and scale the top client base, managed multiple initiatives for client communication and satisfaction, and led a team of 25 client experience professionals. Sarah also developed onboarding materials, led training sessions for new hires, and launched an offshore client service team. Prior to their time at Sakara, Sarah worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Beth Israel Medical Center and Columbia University Medical Center. Sarah was an Educational Member at CAV Angels in 2023.

Sarah Boschung has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Virginia, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. Sarah later completed a Post Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Certificate Program at the same university in 2008-2009. Sarah is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, with an expected completion in 2023. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2018.
