Monty McCoy

Monty McCoy has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Monty started their career at Syngenta in 1990 and held various roles until 2008. During this time, they gained extensive knowledge in infrastructure services, managing employee and business services, and network connectivity.

In 2008, Monty became the Global Head of Infrastructure Services at Syngenta and was responsible for delivering a wide range of services, including personal computers, mobile devices, communication and collaboration tools, and help desk support.

From 2011 to 2012, Monty served as the Head of Enterprise Business Information at Syngenta before transitioning to the role of Head of Business Process Management for the Flowers Home and Garden division. Monty played a crucial role in implementing SAP and other solutions to enhance processes and ensure sustainable business practices.
