Piya Vittayavarotkit

Piya Vittayavarotkit is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sakol Energy Public Company Limited, Piya supports four subsidiary companies while also working as the Founder and CEO of Consync Group, providing HR and organization development consulting. Previous roles include leadership positions at Central Group, The Siam Cement Public Company Limited, AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, CP ALL Public Company Limited, and Double A (1991) Public Company Limited, focusing on areas such as culture and engagement, change management, and employee relations. Piya is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Service Innovation and Interculture Communication at Kasetsart University, holding a Master's degree in Economics from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Thammasat University.
