Fanli Zhou has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. They began their career as a Sales Intern at Guosen Securities Co. Ltd. in 2008 and later worked as a Customer Representative at China Merchants Bank from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they interned as a Media Research Intern at Cision, where they researched and maintained media database information. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Saks Fifth Avenue as a Customer Insights Analyst and later as a Sr. Customer Insights Analyst. In 2016, they joined Hudson's Bay Company as a Manager, Analytics and later became a Sr. Manager, Advanced Analytics. Currently, Fanli Zhou holds the position of Director of Customer Analytics, Data Science at Saks Fifth Avenue since March 2021.
Fanli Zhou completed a Master's degree in Marketing Analysis from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2010 to 2012. Before that, Zhou obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, graduating in 2008.
