Josephine Ingoglia

Josephine Ingoglia has extensive work experience in the beauty industry. Josephine has held various roles at Saks Fifth Avenue, including Director of Beauty Strategy & Innovation and Regional Beauty Director. In these positions, they successfully increased sales, managed vendor relationships, and implemented strategic initiatives. Prior to their time at Saks Fifth Avenue, Josephine worked at MAC Cosmetics as a Manager of Retail Sales and Operations, where they oversaw multiple stores and generated significant sales revenue. Josephine also served as the National Training Manager in Italy for MAC Cosmetics, where they developed and executed training programs. Josephine began their career as a Trainer for MAC Cosmetics in New York City, where they created training modules and facilitated skill development for staff.

Josephine Ingoglia has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Josephine also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising from Nassau Community College. Currently, they are pursuing a certification in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from The TEFL Institute, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
