Muthuselvam Lingaraja

Muthuselvam Lingaraja is a Manufacturing Engineer at Sakthi Automotive Group since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing Melter, Degassing, Counter Pressure Casting Machine, and Heat Treatment processes to ensure safe and efficient production of knuckles, as well as tracking manufacturing metrics such as FTQ, non-conforming products, rework, and scrap. Prior to this role, Muthuselvam worked as a Process Improvement and Quality Control Engineer at TEAM-D TECHNOLOGIES from August 2014 to May 2015, achieving a 22% increase in efficiency by eliminating non-value added processes and improving On-Time Delivery and machine capacity through methodology applications like 5S and Root Cause Analysis. Muthuselvam holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Indiana Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
