Layla Hiramatsu

Layla Hiramatsu, PhD, is a Lead Scientific Technical Writer at Sakura Finetek USA, specializing in regulatory and technical documentation for medical devices and possessing expertise in Quality Management Systems and in-vitro diagnostic regulations.
