Allister DSouza

Operations Excellence Engineer at Salad and Go

Allister DSouza has a diverse work experience. Allister began their career as an Operations Analyst at Ally Pally Resort in 2014, where they worked for eight months. In 2015, they joined Larsen & Toubro as a Plant Engineer, where they stayed for two years.

In 2018, Allister took on the role of a Business Analyst at Arizona State University, working there for ten months. Following this, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the university's W. P. Carey School of Business from August 2019 to January 2021.

Currently, Allister is working as an Operations Excellence Engineer at Salad and Go, a position they have held since February 2021. Throughout their career, Allister has gained valuable experience in operations, engineering, analysis, and teaching.

Allister DSouza pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from 2017 to 2019 at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. In addition to their formal education, Allister has also obtained various certifications, including SAP Simplified, SQL - MySQL for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, Tableau 10: Master Tableau in Data Science, Tableau 10: Tableau Training For Data Science, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (CSSGB), Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (CSSYB), and Six Sigma White Belt Certification (CSSWB). These certifications were obtained from Udemy in 2020, with specific months mentioned for each certification.
