Jerod Brinkman

Jerod Brinkman, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Accounting at Salad and Go since January 2024. Prior to this role, Brinkman was the Director of Accounting at Fogo de Chão from November 2022 to January 2024 and held positions at Taysha Gene Therapies as Assistant Corporate Controller and Accounting Manager between November 2020 and November 2022. Brinkman’s earlier experience includes various roles at Occidental from May 2011 to November 2020, including Business Analyst and Plant Controller, as well as being a Staff Accountant at First United Bank from January 2009 to May 2011. Brinkman holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
