Manoj Kumar Sharma has a diverse work experience. Manoj started their career as an intern at RR PARIVAHAN in 2014. In 2015, they joined Savarni Foods Pvt Ltd as a Manufacturing Engineer. During their time there, they designed manufacturing lines using JIT, 5S, and lean methods, resulting in improved line productivity and reduced lead time. Manoj also implemented new fixtures/tooling and detailed work instructions to improve on-time delivery and increased productivity. In 2021, Manoj joined Salad and Go as a Project Manager. Manoj collaborated with key stakeholders on equipment selection, project management, and implementation of production and compliance software. Manoj also managed multiple projects and ensured all permits were up to date.
