Alexandre Chidiac

Alexandre Chidiac is an experienced professional in the hospitality and restaurant management sector. Currently serving as Directeur de restaurant at Salad&Co since February 2021, Alexandre previously held the position of Gérant de restaurant at La Terrasse, managing two restaurant units from March 2012 to October 2020. Prior to that, Alexandre worked as Adjoint de direction commerciale at Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel Beirut for a brief period in 2011-2012. Alexandre holds a Licence in hotel and restaurant management from Vatel France, a Licence in international commerce from the University of Montpellier, and a BTS in hotel and restaurant management from Lycée Hôtelier Toulon.
