Rob Valois

Rob Valois is an experienced business owner and restaurant industry professional. Since July 2023, Rob has served as the Business Owner of Saladworks, while also owning Zoup! Fresh Soup Company since August 2017. In addition to these roles, Rob has been the Restaurant Head Coach at Modmarket since September 2015. Prior to these positions, Rob worked as a Regional Safety Manager for Qdoba Mexican Restaurant from March 2008 to September 2015, demonstrating a strong background in operational management and safety within the food service industry.
