Mohit Saini has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Mohit started their career at Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company, where they played a crucial role in developing and launching innovative insurance products. Mohit then joined Daman - National Health Insurance Company as the Director of Product and Business Development, where they led multiple projects and implemented various initiatives. Mohit later became a Founder Member and Chief Product & Underwriting Officer at Reliance Health Insurance, where they built a team and successfully launched the company. Mohit then joined HDFC ERGO General Insurance as the Head of Accident & Health Underwriting & Claims, where they achieved notable milestones and participated in major organizational transformations. Currently, Mohit is the Chief Transformation Officer at SALAMA - Islamic Arab Insurance Co.
