Antuwan Shade

Antuwan Shade, PhD, currently serves as an On Premise Sales Consultant at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and as a Business Development Representative at Salaria Sales Solutions, both roles commencing in late 2022 and November 2023, respectively. Additionally, Antuwan owns Ridgeland Coffee Co., which has been operational since January 2018, and holds the position of Managing Partner at HerGrind Ventures, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting underrepresented women of color entrepreneurs through education, mentorship, and community-building initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Management in Technology Management from Colorado Technical University, a Master’s Degree in Information Technology, and various certificates in hospitality, e-learning, and design. Previous professional experience includes roles in information technology, SAP basis administration, and network operations, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technology and business development.
