Sara McLeish

Sara McLeish has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Sara began their career in 2005 at EY, where they served as a Director for over 13 years. In 2018, they joined Legal & General as the Strategy and Commercial Director for Retail Retirement. Sara then progressed to become the CEO of Legal & General Financial Advice in 2019 and later assumed the role of Chairperson. Most recently, in 2022, Sara joined Salary Finance as the Chief Operating Officer.

Sara McLeish obtained a first class MA (Hons) degree in History from The University of Edinburgh, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Nonsuch Grammar School for Girls from 1991 to 1998, without receiving a specific degree or field of study.
