Shaktisagar Pollai has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Shaktisagar began their career in 2006 as a Technical Support Engineer at Avaya Global Connect. In 2007, they joined Rolta India Limited as an Assistant Sales Manager and was responsible for customised GIS Software, Finalization of the Utility Projects and Business development of service in competencies such as technical support for the software, installation and troubleshooting, AMC. In 2012, they moved to Legalpundits as the Head of Sales and Business Development and worked closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to actively secure the organization's long-term financial growth. In 2014, they joined Getit Infoservices, Yellow Pages Private Limited as a Digital Account Manager and was responsible for steering Central Mumbai Sales & Operations for Digital Media, Online Portals, Google AdWords/Facebook promotions/CPL/Web Banner/Websites Development & 360 degree Digital Marketing. In 2016, they became the Branch Manager of SMB Business Thane, Mumbai at NowFloats and was responsible for Thane, Mumbai & Navi Mumbai Div. Operations with Highest New & Renewal Business in the entire country. In 2019, they joined ZappLocal as a Senior Business Partner and was responsible for Mumbai & Maharashtra Operations as a Start-Up Zone. In 2020, they joined PagarBook as the City Head and in 2022, they moved to SalaryBox as the Zonal Head.

Shaktisagar Pollai has a B-Tech in Electronics and Communication Engg. from I.A.C.R., Rayagada, obtained between 2002 and 2006. Shaktisagar also has a certification in Oracle PLSQL from NIIT Andheri Mumbai.
