Donald Young

Donald Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and environmental management. Serving as a Principal at Salas O'Brien since September 1998, Donald is a key member of the Leadership team, focused on team growth and exceptional customer service. Additionally, Donald has contributed to the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board as a Board Member since April 2021, appointed by the governor. Donald holds a B.S. in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara and furthered education at California State University - East Bay.
