Anne Nielsen

Anne Nielsen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries.

Anne started their career in 2013 as a University mentor at the University of Copenhagen.

In 2016, they worked as an Intern and later as a Junior Consultant at PS4 A/S.

Simultaneously, they also worked as a Studentworker at Professionshøjskolen UCC.

From 2017 to 2018, Anne worked at Statum.dk as a Match Manager, where they focused on talent attraction and customer success.

After that, they joined Mover Systems ApS as an Operations Manager from 2018 to 2019.

In 2019, they had an internship as a Customer Success Agent at Sleeknote, where they gained valuable experience in customer support and onboarding.

Anne then joined Salecto as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for project management, customer success, sales, and digital optimizations.

Currently, Anne is serving as the Head of Customer Success Management at Salecto, focusing on team dynamics and building a strong customer journey.

Anne Nielsen attended Copenhagen Business School from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master's degree in International Business Communication. During their time at the school, they also participated in the International Summer School in 2016 and 2015, specializing in Business/Corporate Communications. In 2015, they briefly studied Ethnography at Macquarie University, focusing on Language and Culture. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, Anne Nielsen attended Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, where they attained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in European Ethnology. Lastly, in 2022, they enrolled in UCL Erhvervsakademi og Professionshøjskole for further education in Organizational Leadership. Anne Nielsen also obtained the Arbejdsmiljøuddannelsen certification in March 2022 from the institution Arbejdsmiljøgruppen ApS.
