James Crapeau currently serves as Sales Manager at Salelytics, where responsibilities include managing multiple Healthcare clients since January 2017. Prior to this role, James held various positions at West Corporation, starting as Sales Associate and progressing to Senior Sales Associate and then Sales Manager from April 2013 to February 2022. In these roles, James was responsible for maintaining client product knowledge, developing assigned staff, and ensuring quality performance during sales operations. Additionally, James contributed to Hologic's inside sales by generating qualified leads for the ThinPrep product line.
