Tyler Baze

Tyler Baze serves as the Director of Clinical Engineering at Salem Health since January 2016, with a history of progressively responsible roles including IS Business Operations Manager and IS Business Operations Supervisor, where oversight of the Assets, Deploy, Finance, and ServiceNow functions within Information Services was a primary responsibility. Prior to this, Tyler served as an IS Financial Analyst, developing budget strategies and conducting financial analyses, and held the position of IS Budget Analyst. Experience also includes a role as Assistant Administrator for Quality Improvement at Tierra Rose Care Center and as a Loan Assistant at Pioneer Trust Bank Na Inc. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Oregon State University.
