Gil Estrada

Gil Estrada has extensive experience in broadcasting, particularly in traffic reporting and operations management. Currently serving as a Traffic Reporter and Senior Regional Producer at Total Traffic & Weather Network since August 2001, Gil delivers real-time freeway conditions across multiple platforms. In addition, Gil has been the Weekend Operations Manager for Salem Media Group since April 2004, overseeing staff and ensuring compliance with FCC protocols across three stations. Previous roles include Traffic Reporter and News Production for Shadow Broadcast Services, Board Operator for Susquehanna Broadcasting, and Board Operator for Westinghouse Broadcasting. Gil holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State University and an Associate's degree in General Education from Contra Costa College.
