The leadership team at Salem Media Group has a long history of experience in the media industry. Members of the team have worked as an alumni member at Lifework Leadership, the national marketing director at Fairwest, and a recruitment specialist at CBS Radio. The team also has experience working as a sales manager at Fairbanks Communications and an attorney at Cooksey, Howard, Martin, and Toolen. In addition to their work experience, members of the leadership team have also obtained degrees from Worcester State University, Framingham State University, Arizona State University, and Columbia College Chicago.
